    This fish is far-famed for its soft, flaky flesh, often forming the centerpiece of a Kholusian banquet. Their erstwhile cousins, the north Kholusian cod, were tougher in both body and spirit, but not tough enough to survive the Flood─now, only the southern softies remain.
