Barreleye

The braincase of this dome-headed fish is, unlike the rest of its body, completely transparent and filled with a gel-like substance in which the eyes float. The lack of any even remotely similar creatures in all of the Three Great Continents suggests that this creature may be another one of the Allagan Empire's terrible creations.
