Othardian Wrasse

Small sky blue dots pattern this creature's otherwise monochrome body. While its few larger black markings may be suspected of camouflaging the true location of its eyes, they in fact are a by-product of this fish's aether-sensitive organs, and─rather dangerously─mark said organs' position.
